Silver rings can be exchanged for a different size or returned for refund. See below for details.
All silver stock items are accepted for exchange or refund if returned in original condition and packaging within 34 days from the date shipped.
Gold, palladium and platinum items are made to order and cannot be refunded unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If this is of concern you can always purchase a silver ring to ensure quality and fit and return it for an upgrade.
Exchanges require the same shipping and handling charges as the original purchase ($7.25 for a single sterling silver item). This is usually done in the form of a check but we can bill you via PayPal request for funds if you prefer.
Returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the receipt and exchange or refund instructions (instructions include filling out the tear off portion of the receipt).
Minor size adjustments for rings beyond the 34 day timeframe or for non silver and/or custom rings are available for a fee of $15 plus shipping and handling. Please include a check with the item. These are adjustments of your existing ring and not an exchange.
When shipping to us please use US postal shipping because FedEx and UPS do not ship to a PO box.
